A characteristic feature of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) is an increased risk neoplasia and colorectal cancer (CRC). The introduction screening programs, as well modern advances in therapy endoscopic technologies, awareness the factors IBD-associated CRC will contribute to reducing frequency this dangerous complication IBD. presented review describes epidemiological data on incidence CRC, established for methods prevention, early diagnosis.
